About Me
The Cambridge Parent Coach was set up by me, Jane Rogers in order to support parents and help make life with children easier and more rewarding. I am an experienced and qualified parenting consultant and have worked with hundreds of families with a whole range of difficulties including: tantrums, sibling rivalry, bedtime problems, angry children, children who never listen, screen time addiction, anxious children, children with low self esteem, arguing, pestering, negative children, and much more...
Parents usually come to me because they are having an issue with their child's behaviour and are not sure what to do about it. They feel things should be easier, and they know they need to make some changes but they just don't know where to start.
On leaving school I completed a BA Hons in English Literature thinking I might work in publishing. But my career took me down a different path, and over the last twenty years I have worked with children and families in a variety of different roles, including working with young people leaving the care system, working with homeless young people, teaching in a Nursery School, working as a Nanny, and supporting families as a Family Worker in a Children’s Centre.
